Hi I’m Dionne,

I created FEMS Sexy because I lived it first.

In 2025, I had a double hip replacement. Left hip in March. Right hip in May. The rehab was intense. Hours of physical therapy. Mobility drills. Strength exercises. And somewhere in the middle of all that work, something clicked.

All of this flexibility, mobility, and strength work can be the basis for some fun and very sexy dance moves

Before I was Dionne the personal trainer, I was Dionne the dancer. I still keep my tap shoes behind the front desk at work. Once a dancer, always a dancer. It never leaves your body.

So I did what felt natural. I married the physical therapy with the dance. I made my rehab fun. And something amazing happened. My hips got stronger. My mobility improved. My flexibility came back. Even my physical therapist noticed.

That’s when I knew I was onto something.

You don’t need hip surgery to benefit from this. If you have hip pain, stiffness, or a core that doesn’t feel like yours anymore, this is for you.

But FEMS Sexy goes deeper than the physical.

When we open those hips, when we build strength and restore mobility, things begin to release. Not just physically. Emotionally.

The emotional release you feel from movement is powerful. I know this from experience.

FEMS Sexy is a 6-week movement program for women who want to feel good in their bodies again. It is about feeling sexy, strong, and free.

Each week, you’ll learn exercises that improve your flexibility, mobility, and strength. But this isn’t just about reps and routines. Every exercise has a purpose. Every movement is leading somewhere.

By the end of the program, you’ll have learned two complete routines.

A sensual floor routine. Slow. Fluid. Grounded. You’ll move in ways that feel new and familiar at the same time. You will learn how to move with confidence, not rush, and enjoy it.

A sexy chair routine. Playful. Bold. A little daring. You’ll use the chair as your partner. Every movement is designed to make you feel confident and in control.

These aren’t routines you just watch. You’ll perform them. You’ll own them. You’ll feel them in your body long after the music stops.

The flexibility work will open you up. The mobility work will free you. The strength work will ground you. And the routines will bring it all together into something that feels like you.

This is where the work becomes play. Where exercise becomes expression. Where you stop going through the motions and start feeling every single one.
