Body Blast Blitz

This is the class that everyone loves & fears at the same time! This high intensity workout combines cardio and resistance training. If you want to push your limits, this is the class for you!

Body Blast Brave

Have you always wanted to try the infamous Body Blast Blitz but feel a little intimidated by it? Has it been a while since you participated in Body Blast Blitz? No worries! Body Blast Brave is the class for you! An amazing & challenging boot camp style class that’s perfect for beginning to intermediate participants.

Monday & Wednesday

Cycle Strong

This class is the total package! Cycle for 25 minutes then hop off the bike for 25 minutes of resistance training.

Tuesday & Thursday

East Carolina Strong

Reap the many benefits of resistance training in this motivating class. Exercises are performed using body weight, dumbbells, and resistance tubing.

Saturday Spinning®

This class is a fun way to spend your Saturday morning! Saturday Spinning® is the only one hour Spinning® class at ECCF. It’s a great way to challenge yourself!

Spinning®

Spinning® is the original indoor cycling program. Developed by Johnny Goldberg, better known as Johnny G, this program was created in the early 1990’s. Classes focus on developing a rider’s endurance, strength & stamina while jammin’ out to an amazing playlist!

Step Aerobics

This is a classic aerobic workout! Created in the 1980’s by fitness instructor and athlete Gin Miller, this workout is just as much fun as it is effective. Get your heart rate up while stepping up, down and all around the step!

Yoga

The word ‘Yoga’, derived from the Sanskrit root ‘Yuj”, meaning ‘to join’ or ‘to unite.’ Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India.

An exciting and fun aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin dance. No prior dance experience necessary.
